You are looking at the new blog BY NANNIE. I hope you are a crafter and enjoy diy and making new things. This is my first blog and I am not sure what I am doing yet. There is nothing for sale yet as I want to learn how to use this and make sure that I can navigate this first. This is very exciting for me and I hope as my friends that you will enjoy visiting with me and sharing with me the things that are exciting to you. ReplyDeleteThis is the day to view some of the things I have created. I have 7 glass cases that I have made as a give away. The pictures will be posted after this. I started with glass cases because I had a short period of time when I had some memory problems. I designed 3 cases for mysel: one with a bird singing for my keyboard glasses, one with read a good book for reading lol, and one for sunglasses. In my mind if I saw the colors and the designs I would know what pair of glasses the case contained. Fortunately for me a good doctor helped me and now I am as crazy as ever. lol I love working with this wool. I buy it by the sheet 18" by 30" I believe at the Quilt Cottage on Everhart here in Corpus. I don't know where it is available else where. All of the designs are done free hand. There are no patterns. The people who were the first to click, I knew and it was easy to design based on knowing them personally. To buy one of these simply choose a base color and then tell me something about yourself and your likes. They are $20.00 which includes shipping.
ReplyDeleteI started making these little hats when one of my grandgirls wanted a hat like one of the American girl dolls. All of my grandgirl got hats for Christmas this year. The little hats are $30.00 dollars which include shipping and can be bought for babies up to adults. I have made some plain white one where you could pick out a flower design, or maybe you want your hat plain.Colors are based on what I can by here in Corpus so a blue hat my be light or dark depending on what thread I am using at the moment. Next week I will show you my solution to redoing my ugly barstools to work more with my kitchen colors. Everyone has had barstools that they didn't want to have recovered. I have a simple solution to fix that problem. Still loving ya Nannie
